Health Assessment Resources

Important: All associates, spouses, and Domestic Partners covered under the BB&T Medical Program must complete the Health Assessment annually by their assigned deadline, as part of the BB&T Medical Eligibility Requirements. Failure to complete the Health Assessment by the assigned deadline results in a six-month suspension of medical coverage.
